The UNISOL Group (MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation) regards employee health management as a management issue and has established the following Declaration on Healthy Management to strategically promote healthy management.

In order to achieve sustainable enhancement of corporate value for the entire MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation, we will promote the creation of an environment in which all employees of the Group can be physically and mentally healthy and active.
- Creating a workplace environment in which all employees of the Group can work safely, healthily and energetically
- The Company, industrial physicians and the Health Insurance Association will work together to maintain and improve the mental and physical health of employees
- We will actively support each and every employee to be aware of their own health and take the initiative in maintaining and improving their mental and physical health
