1946~1970


1946 Privately established in Fukushima-ku, Osaka
1955 Independently devised turnbuckle forging method
1958 Built a factory in Fukushima-ku, Osaka to sell turnbuckles to hardware wholesalers in Osaka
1959  Established Furusato Iron Works Co., Ltd.
Ryoichi Furusato assumed the position of President and Director
1963 Constructed Shiga Plant. Started production of braces
Started organization based on chain store theory. Started direct sales to steel fabricators in Keihanshin
1964 Standardized braces and shifted to full-scale mass production
1966 Opened Shiga Sales Office to take the first step toward multi-store expansion
1968 Opened Kanto Sales Office (currently Saitama Sales Office) in Saitama Prefecture
Started full-scale purchasing and sales of related products along with sales of own products
1969 Expansion and relocation of head office. Opened Nagoya Sales Office (currently Ichinomiya Sales Office)
1970 Receive investment from SME Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd.

2015 Established the Tokyo Head Office and changed to a two-head office system
2016 Constructed a new Shiga plant
Became a subsidiary of Security Design Co., Ltd.
2017 Furusato Industry Co., Ltd., with non-consolidated sales exceeding ¥30 billion
2020 Constructed a second Shiga plant
2021 Merged business with Maruka Co., Ltd., and established a joint holding company,Furusato Maruka Holdings Co., Ltd.
Became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Furusato Maruka Holdings
2022 Announced Medium-Term Management Plan "UNISOL" of Furusato Maruka Holdings
2023 G-net Corporation. and Security Design Co., Ltd. became Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of Furusato Maruka Holdings
2024 Opened "Unisol Logistics Center Osaka (ULCO)" in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, in collaboration with G-net Corporation.
